Recipe: Strawberry Gin Sour

Rebecca ConnorsApril 3, 2024

As the weather warms up, there’s nothing quite like enjoying a refreshing cocktail on a sunny patio. A Strawberry Gin Sour is the perfect companion for those relaxed, outdoor moments.

This drink combines the botanical notes of gin with the sweetness of strawberries, balanced beautifully with the tang of fresh lemon juice and topped with a silky egg white foam (and a Ripples print, of course).

Customize your Strawberry Gin Sour with a cocktail printing machine.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml gin
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml strawberry syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and egg white.

Step 2: Dry Shake

Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously.

Step 3:

Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass

Step 4:

Garnish with your favorite Ripples print.
