We are looking for Admin assistant to join our growing team, Our start up is re-building the way people enjoy their drinks all over the globe!
Ripples™ is an innovative content marketing platform that offers the Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Event industries creative solutions for increasing customer engagement by printing directly on foam-topped drinks. With our dynamic feed of creative content, you can use your drinks to tell a story, promote a product, or just say hi. Whatever you need to build personal interactions with new and existing customers – one cup at a time.
Ripples is headquartered in Petach Tikva, Israel, with offices in the US and Japan, servicing customers in over 30 countries worldwide.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Organize meetings and conferences, Manage CEO's calendar.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management and support to all employees.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, support in payroll tasks and manage employee's expenses.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Track product information ensure proper shipment of items and track shipments.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Support with the hiring process
Responsibility for welfare activities

Head of R&D

As the head of the R&D you will be responsible for all the product development, current portfolio and future product roadmap. You will be leading a multidisciplinary R&D team, including software, server backend, frond-end, Mobile, Hardware, Chemistry.
Working in collaboration with marketing and product management on defining products, strategy and roadmap.
Working in collaboration with the operations team on moving from development to production.
Managing a fast-growing R&D team, currently 12 members, and probably doubling in the near future. Responsibility over design, team goals, timetables, and constant learning and updating in the latest technologies.
Being part of the company’s management team supporting strategic growth and business goals. In charge of both roadmap planning and development, and ongoing and advancement support of the current business.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical design of beer and coffee printing machines that includes responsibility for the mechanical and engineering design of the machines from the development stage through the engineering to the completion of the transfer to production.
Education Required: Mechanical Engineer from a recognized institute in Israel.

Sales Development Representative

We are looking to fill the role of Sales Development Representative, in our Rhode Island office. If you
are a motivated individual that is a self-starter, intrigued with the Ripple Maker device and understand its
engagement opportunity, we want you. Our system creates smiles, fun, and customer engagement. We
want this person to emulate what our Ripple Maker creates. As a major responsibility, this person will be
responsible for opening the doors to potential clients, and qualifying them for our Sales Associates,
Regional Sales Managers and Nation Sales & Development Manager. As a secondary responsibility, this
person will be informing potential opportunities of events, following up on events, and working through
campaigns that are run regularly; The SDR reports to his sales team as well as marketing in all aspects of
their day to day. We are looking for people that can work with customers to create the value proposition
for the Ripple Maker and entice them to meet with us.
This position is a sales position with the goal to grow our customer base. It will be supported by the Head
Of Sales, North America, your team, as well as our marketing department. The brand new office is
located in North Kingstown, RI, near the “T”, and we are excited to meet you.

Sales Associate

We are looking to fill the role of Sales Associate in our Rhode Island office. Our system creates smiles, fun, and customer engagement. We want this person to emulate what our Ripple Maker creates. As a major responsibility, this person will develop sales opportunities by identifying various use cases, building the value proposition and closing business. As a secondary responsibility, this person will need to engage new business opportunities, with 1 to 5 location establishments, to develop a group wide usage strategy. We are looking for people that can work with customers to create the value proposition for the Ripple Maker in their operations from need identification to closing.
This position is a sales position with the goal to grow our customer base. It will be supported by Sales Development Representatives, your team, and customer service personnel for both pre-sale support and post-sale follow up. The brand new office is located in North Kingstown, RI, near the “T”, and we are excited to meet you.

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Our system creates smiles, fun, and customer engagement. We want this person to emulate what our Ripple Maker creates. As a major responsibility, this person will develop sales opportunities by identifying various use cases, build the value proposition and close business. As a secondary responsibility, this person will need to engage new business opportunities with major F&B and Hospitality chains to develop chain wide usage strategy. We are looking for people that can work with customers to create the value proposition for the Ripple Maker in their operations from need identification to closing.
This position is a sales position with the goal to grow our customer base. It will be supported by customer service personal for both pre-sale support and post-sale follow up.
