How can I customize my WebApp with the Advanced Design Plan?

The Advanced Design Plan includes an easy-to-use builder to create your own personalized customer-facing branded WebApp, including a private QR code for immediate customer engagement. This gives you complete control over the look and feel of your experience.

How much does the Design Plan cost?

When purchasing your machine, you can add a Design Plan for $360 for the first year. This is a one-time annual purchase, not a subscription. After the first year, you may choose to renew the Design Plan. Renewal plans are subscription-based and renew automatically at $36/month or $360/year, unless canceled.

Why do i need a Design Plan?

Our Advanced Design Plan allows you to fully utilize all the features of your Ripple Maker, including access to exclusive content designs, the Ripples design library, the Ripples WebApp tool and more. It ensures you get the most out of your machine.
*First year includes warranty and 24/7 support coverage for the Ripple Maker

I didn’t add a Design Plan when I bought my machine. Can I still get one?

Yes – you can add a Design Plan at any time on the Design Plan renewal page.

Does my Ripple Maker include a warranty?

Yes. The Ripple Maker includes Warranty for the 1st year. If your Ripple Maker breaks and we are unable to help you fix it via remote customer support, we will ask you to send your unit to us for replacement or repair. In the meantime, we will ship you a new or refurbished unit. The warranty is subject to Terms and Conditions and may be voided for failing to meet basic maintenance requirements or if machine repair has been performed by a third party.

Is the Design Plan linked to my machine?

Yes. The Design Plan is linked to each machine individually by serial number. If you have more than one machine, each requires its own plan. You can check the plan status for each machine in ‘My Account’ under My Ripple Makers.

What is the difference between the Advanced 24/7 Support & Warranty Plan and the Advanced 24/7 Support Only Plan?

The Advanced 24/7 Support & Warranty Plan includes premium support and a comprehensive hardware warranty. The Advanced 24/7 Support Only Plan provides premium support but does not include hardware warranty coverage.

How do I cancel my monthly Design Plan?

You can cancel at any time via ‘My Account’ or by contacting support. If you cancel mid-month, the remaining days are not refunded – access continues until the end of the billing month. Go to: My Account → Subscriptions → select the relevant subscription → cancel.

How does the hardware warranty in the Advanced 24/7 Support & Warranty Plan work?

The hardware warranty covers advanced machine replacement, including shipping costs.
This ensures that your Ripple Maker is always up and running in case of any hardware issues.

How do I cancel my yearly Design Plan?

You can cancel via My Account or by contacting support. Please note the annual fee is non-refundable once paid.

What happens if I choose the No Plan option?

If you choose the No Plan option, you will receive limited support via email only, with a response time of up to 24 hours. You will also not be eligible for hardware warranty coverage.

Where do I access my designs?

My Ripples Plan expired, but I still have Ripples pods. Can I still use my Ripple Maker?

Yes, you can still order pods and use the Ripple Maker in a limited way. You’ll lose access to these great features:
– Create your personal Frames or choose from Ripples Frames (For Selfie & Text).
– Full access to Ripples’ extensive library of premium designs.
– Unlimited Ripples Cloud space for your designs.
– Customizable WebApp to enhance brand integration.
– Private QR code for a seamless customer experience with your brand.

Is there a free trial for the Design Plan?

There is no permanent free trial. Promotional offers may be available from time to time – check the website or contact support for current promotions.

If I don’t have an active warranty, can I still add the Warranty & Support plan?

Yes, even if your warranty has expired, you can still add the Warranty and Support Plan. However, you will need to go through a short process with our support team before the plan becomes active. This ensures your machine is eligible for coverage going forward.

If I choose not to purchase the renewal support plan, what will happen?

In the first year of owning your machine, you will receive 24/7 support for free, including full hardware warranty coverage. Starting from the second year, we recommend adding the Support Plan to continue receiving comprehensive support.

If you choose not to purchase the Support Plan, you will receive limited support via email only, with a response time of up to 24 hours. Additionally, you will no longer be eligible for hardware warranty coverage.

What happens if my Ripple Maker malfunctions during the warranty period?

If your Ripple Maker malfunctions during the warranty period, we will provide advanced machine replacement, including shipping costs.

Can I purchase only a warranty?

No, the warranty is included as part of our Advanced 24/7 Support & Warranty Plan. You can’t purchase the warranty separately.

What types of support are included in the Advanced 24/7 Support Plans?

Advanced Support Plans offer round-the-clock support via phone, email, live chat, text messages, and WhatsApp. You can expect a guaranteed response time of 30 minutes or less.
Additionally, our customer support team is proficient in assisting users in various languages (English, German, French, Japanese) ensuring a smooth experience for all our customers.

What is the difference between using the Ripple Maker with the Advanced Design Plan or without a Plan?

The Advanced Design Plan offers a comprehensive set of features, including unlimited cloud space, full access to our design library (thousands of designs), a customizable WebApp including Frames (For Selfie & Text), and a private QR code. Using the Ripple Maker without a plan limits you to a smaller cloud space and a restricted selection of designs (20 selected royalty free designs).
