Working alongside the Cirrus, DAHER & TPI Event Solutions teams, Roaming Spirits Coffee equipped and operated two VIP hospitality lounges as fully functioning specialty coffee cafés for one unforgettable week at the world’s largest aviation gathering.
Every day started before sunrise. These are a few of the moments between opening parties and final teardown. Our team served every guest with a smile and a no-quit spirit, making new friends, reconnecting with familiar faces, and sharing conversations over great lattes. Throughout the week, the caffeine flowed at a pace rivaled only by the energy of the daily airshows.

We brought our full custom setup over two days. Custom branded cart, custom cups, a latte art printer, and a menu of hot and iced coffees and matcha that gave every attendee something to sip on while they took it all in.

We had an absolute blast serving freshly roasted espresso alongside some of the best craft beers and sours in Knoxville.
Turns out coffee and great beer make a pretty incredible pairing.
The best part, though? Catching up with old friends, making plenty of new ones, and spending the day with the amazing crew at XUL.
