If I wanted an activation to feel less like advertising, I’d start here:
Create something worth experiencing even if the logo disappeared. The guest should enjoy the moment before they ever process the branding.
Let the brand live inside the experience. A thoughtful cup, printed latte, beautifully integrated cart, or unexpected detail can reinforce the brand without demanding attention.
Prioritize interaction over exposure. The goal isn’t simply to get your logo in front of more people. It’s to create a positive moment people associate with you afterward.
Ask what the guest gets from it. Not a giveaway. Not another piece of swag. An actual moment of hospitality.
That’s where experiential hospitality becomes part of the marketing strategy.
Coffee catering can carry a lot of branding—but the coffee isn’t what makes the activation work.

We set up at the Kia Design Center and brought our drinkripples latte art printer to do what it does best. Turn a regular cup of coffee into a moment.
Guests watched their company’s logo print right onto their latte or cappuccino in real time, and the reaction is always the same. Phones come out, conversations pause, and suddenly the coffee is the thing everyone is talking about.
That is the power of the right detail in the right moment.
