A spicy holiday twist on a classic
Equipment:
* Shaker
* Strainer
* 150 ml (5 oz) glass
* Ripple Maker
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Chai-infused Whiskey
- 30 ml Lemon Juice (approx. half a lemon)
- 20 ml Caramel Syrup
- 20 ml aquafaba (chickpea brine) (or 1 egg white)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Dry shake for 20 seconds.
Wet shake for 40 seconds.
Double-strain.
