Recipe: Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Cocktail

Fall is in the air, we’ve pulled out our best lace up boots for stepping on crunchy leaves. What better way to welcome an early with fall afternoon with one of the biggest food and beverage trends, a boozy pumpkin cream cold brew?

How to make the perfect cold brew
The simple secret to perfect cold brew is freshly ground beans and filtered water, left to steep overnight. For best results, use a 1:8 ratio (so 8 grams of water for every gram of coffee). This will create a slow infusion without any bitterness.

How to make pumpkin cream
This is the special touch that makes your recipe special and ready to top off with a Ripples print. Combine your whipping cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a milk frothing pitcher or a small bowl. Froth with a milk frother (a cheap handheld one works great) for 2-5 minutes until your cream becomes thick and fluffy.
