Smooth and silky, this beautiful coral-colored cocktail was made famous in Japan more than a century ago and has started to make its way West. One of our favorite mixologists, bar consultant Bob Peters, introduced us to this delightful new-to-us classic.

Million Dollar Cocktail

A sweet, delicate cocktail that tastes like a million bucks

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Ripple Maker II Pro

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 20 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 20 ml Aquafaba
  • 10 ml Grenadine

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your shaker, without ice
  • Dry shake for 30 seconds
  • Add ice, wet shake for 30 seconds
  • Double-strain into your glass, fill to the brim
  • Place glass on Ripple Maker tray, select and print your favorite design
