Recipe: Raspberry Iced Matcha

Rebecca ConnorsJune 10, 2026

Iced, layered matchas are one of our favorite trends right now. While the weather is heating up, it is still spring, which means raspberries are perfectly in season here in the Northeast.

It seemed the perfect time to share this Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte. This layered drink balances earthy matcha with tangy raspberry puree for a refreshing, balanced flavor.

Topped with a beautiful Spring-themed print created with food-safe vegetable ink and a latte art printer, the red design highlights the raspberry layer perfectly while providing a vibrant contrast to the green matcha. It’s the perfect refreshing drink as we celebrate these final weeks of Spring.

Ingredients
  • Hand-whisked matcha
  • Milk of choice
  • Raspberry syrup (approx 1-2 oz)
  • Cold foam (½ whipping cream, ½ 2% milk)
Step 1: Make Cold Foam

Combine 1 part heavy whipping cream with 1 part 2% milk (or milk of choice). Foam using a hand frother or mixer

Step 2: Hand whisk your matcha

Whisk until fully combined.

Step 3: Add raspberry

Add 2 oz of raspberry syrup or puree to the bottom of your glass

Step 4: Add ice and milk

Add ice. Pebble or crushed ice works best. Then add your milk of choice.

Step 5: Add matcha and cold foam

Very slowly pour your matcha onto the milk to create a layering effect. Then top with cold foam and fill to the brim.

Step 6: Print with your latte printer

Choose you favorite latte art print. Then, print and serve!
