Ingredients
- Iced Latted Base:
- 2 shots of Espresso
- 5 oz. Milk of choice
- ½ tsp Ube extract
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Vanilla syrup
- 1 cup ice
- Cold foam:
- 3 oz. Heavy cream
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Stir ube extract into the milk until fully combined. Set aside.
Step 2: Make the cold foam
In a small pitcher or jar, combine heavy cream, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Froth with a handheld frother until thick and slowly pourable.
Step 3: Build the latte
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the ube milk, then add the espresso shots on top. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
Step 4. Add the foam
