    • 2 shots of Espresso
    • 5 oz. Milk of choice
    • ½ tsp Ube extract
    • ½ oz simple syrup
    • Vanilla syrup
    • 1 cup ice
  • Cold foam:
    • 3 oz. Heavy cream
    • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
    • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the ube milk

Stir ube extract into the milk until fully combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the cold foam

In a small pitcher or jar, combine heavy cream, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Froth with a handheld frother until thick and slowly pourable.

Step 3: Build the latte

Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the ube milk, then add the espresso shots on top. Give it a gentle stir to combine.

Step 4. Add the foam

Spoon or pour the cold foam slowly onto the latte. It should sit as a thick layer on top.

Step 5. Print and Serve

On a smooth, even foam surface, print your desired design using the Ripple Maker, and serve immediately. Encourage guests to snap a photo and share it with their friends.

This latte is built to be remembered. With its deep foam and creamy, subtly sweet flavor, the ube cold foam latte naturally attracts attention, encourages photos, and turns every serve into a shareable moment – helping boost visibility, repeat visits, and revenue
