This Tart Cherry Mocktail is a fresh start in a glass – perfect for Dry January and resetting after the holidays. Tart cherry juice, zesty lime, and non-alcoholic tequila come together in a refreshing, alcohol-free cocktail, topped with a silky foam that turns every glass into a canvas. Simple to make, easy to batch, and designed to be seen, shared, and celebrated.

How to Make It: Step-by-Step Video

Ingredients
    • 2.5 oz tart cherry juice
    • 0.5 oz lime juice
    • 0.5-1 oz non alcoholic tequila
    • 1 tbsp agave
    • Ripples Foamer

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients

In a shaker, combine tart cherry juice, lime juice, non-alcoholic tequila, and agave.

Step 2: Add the Ripples Foamer

Add two splashes of Ripples foamer for thick foam, or four drops for a thinner canvas.

Step 3: Dry shake

Shake for at least 30 seconds to activate the foamer.

Step 4. Strain and pour

Double strain into preferred cocktail glass – fill to the brim!

Step 5. Print and Serve

Top with your favorite Ripples print and enjoy!
