Every Ripple Maker comes with a free Warranty plan for the first year, which includes: hardware warranty with advanced replacement (shipping included), 24/7 personal technical support via phone, email, text and WhatsApp, and a guaranteed 30-minute response time.
What is the difference between the Design Plan and the Warranty Plan?
The Design Plan is about what you print – it gives you access to Ripples’ content library and unlimited cloud storage. The Support and warranty Plan is about keeping your machine running – it covers hardware warranty and 24/7 technical support. They are separate plans and can be purchased independently.
How do I renew my Warranty plan?

What renewal options are available for the Warranty Plan?
You can renew for 1 year or 3 years. It is recommended to renew before your current plan expires to avoid any gap in coverage.
What happens when my warranty Plan expires?
If you choose not to renew your warranty Plan, your account will move to our No Warranty Plan. Under this plan, support is limited to non-urgent issues and is provided by email only, with a response time of up to 24 hours.
Hardware warranty coverage is not included, repair shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any hardware repairs may incur additional charges. You can renew your warranty Plan at any time to regain full support and warranty coverage.
