We do not ship to South America, Asia (excluding Japan and Australia), Africa, or Eastern Europe outside the EU. Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees?
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that Canada and non-EU European countries may require customs clearance, which can affect delivery times.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is accepted, it typically requires 1 business day for processing and dispatch. After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also track your order at any time by visiting My Orders in your My Account area.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received my order. What do I do?
