The Advanced Design Plan offers a comprehensive set of features, including unlimited cloud space, full access to our design library (thousands of designs), a customizable WebApp including Frames (For Selfie & Text), and a private QR code. Using the Ripple Maker without a plan limits you to a smaller cloud space and a restricted selection of designs (20 selected royalty free designs).
What types of designs are included in the Ripples design library?
Our design library offers a diverse collection of royalty free beautiful designs to suit any occasion. Whether you’re looking for classic greetings, themed categories (like animals or sports), seasonal designs (like Christmas or Valentine’s Day), trending styles, or popular choices, we’ve got you covered. You can also search by location to find designs that resonate with your local audience.
What are the benefits of having unlimited cloud space?
With unlimited cloud space, you can store as many designs as you need, without worrying about running out of storage or the need to delete designs due to space limitations.
How can I customize my WebApp with the Advanced Design Plan?
The Advanced Design Plan includes an easy-to-use builder to create your own personalized customer-facing branded WebApp, including a private QR code for immediate customer engagement. This gives you complete control over the look and feel of your experience.
How much does the Design Plan cost?
When purchasing your machine, you can add a Design Plan for $360 for the first year. This is a one-time annual purchase, not a subscription. After the first year, you may choose to renew the Design Plan. Renewal plans are subscription-based and renew automatically at $36/month or $360/year, unless canceled.
I didn’t add a Design Plan when I bought my machine. Can I still get one?
Yes – you can add a Design Plan at any time design plan renewal page
Is the Design Plan linked to my machine?
Yes. The Design Plan is linked to each machine individually by serial number. If you have more than one machine, each requires its own plan. You can check the plan status for each machine in ‘My Account’ under My Ripple Makers.
How do I cancel my monthly Design Plan?
You can cancel at any time via ‘My Account’ or by contacting support. If you cancel mid-month, the remaining days are not refunded – access continues until the end of the billing month. Go to: My Account → Subscriptions → select the relevant subscription → cancel.
How do I cancel my yearly Design Plan?
You can cancel via My Account or by contacting support. Please note the annual fee is non-refundable once paid.
Where do I access my designs?
Your designs are available in Ripples Cloud at: my.drinkripples.com
Is there a free trial for the Design Plan?
There is no permanent free trial. Promotional offers may be available from time to time – check the website or contact support for current promotions.
