My payment failed. What should I do?
Check the payment page or your email – the reason is usually shown there. Common fixes: check with your bank (some block international transactions), try a different credit card, or try a different payment method such as PayPal or bank transfer. If still unable to pay, you can complete your order via wire transfer, please contact support for details and include your order number.

Payment Security
At Ripples, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the information you send us over the internet.
All payment information is processed through secure, payment providers (Stripe and BlueSnap) to help keep your personal and financial information safe.
PSD2 Authentication
If your card issuer is based in the European Union, you may be asked to verify your payment as part of the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). Depending on your bank, you may be redirected to complete additional authentication or asked to approve the payment through your banking app or mobile device before returning to complete your order.
Saved Card Details
To make future purchases faster and easier, you may choose to securely save your payment details during checkout.
For security reasons, your full card details are never displayed. Only the last four digits of your card number will be visible so you can identify which card is being used.
You can choose not to save your payment information by leaving the “Save payment” option unchecked during checkout.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account after they are processed.
What is your refund policy?
Before delivery: you can cancel your Ripple Maker order at any time for a full refund. Within 30 days of delivery: you can return the machine in original condition and packaging for a refund – you cover return shipping. Pods are only refunded if unopened and in original packaging. How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Invoices are automatically sent by email a few days after your order has been shipped. If you need another copy, please contact our Support team at [email protected].
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and are displayed in the Order Summary during checkout. To view the correct local pricing, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any applicable taxes or duties, please select your country on the Billing page.
