Go to My Account → Subscriptions or visit: drinkripples.com/my-account/subscriptions
Can I view my order history?
Yes. All your past and current orders can be viewed in My Account → Orders.
Can I update my billing or shipping information?
Yes. You can update your billing details, shipping address, and payment method at any time through the My Account area.
How do I manage my Design Plan subscription?
Go to My Account → Subscriptions to:
Switch from monthly to annual billing
Cancel your monthly subscription

Do I need an account to place an order?
An account is not required to purchase a Ripple Maker or Ripple Foamer. However, an account is required for all other products, including pods, subscriptions, and service plans, so you can manage your orders and account settings.
