Ingredients

    • 1 tsp Matcha
    • 2 oz. water (60 ml)
    • 1 cup cherries
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • lemon slice
    • 1 vanilla stick
    • 1 Cup of Milk

Instructions:

Step 1: Whisk the Matcha

In a bowl, combine the matcha and water. Whisk until smooth and fully dissolved, with no clumps.

Step 2: Build the Base

Fill a glass with ice, then pour the prepared matcha over it.

Step 3. Prepare the Cherry Mixture

In a small pot, combine the cherries, sugar, lemon slice, and vanilla stick. Heat gently while stirring until fully combined. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Step 4. Create the Pink Foam

Froth the milk together with one tbsp of the cooled cherry mixture until thick and stable. Gently layer the foam over your drink.

Step 5. Print and Serve
