Lexus Lounge

Lexus dealerships worldwide are always looking for new ways to bring their “Experience Amazing” tagline to life. The Lexus Lounge at Lexus Kumagaya Minami, a dealership in Greater Tokyo, is not only a place to wait after a test drive or while waiting for routine car maintenance, the lounge is a place to be; on holidays it’s crowded with Lexus owners and their families. The lounge has featured Ripples since 2019.

“When someone purchases their Lexus, we present them with a coffee that says “Congratulations on delivery” We also offer seasonal designs such as Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas,” shared Mr. Arai, a dealer staff member. “Especially if you bring your family, it’s so fun to see your child’s reaction. With Ripples, the moment we serve a latte, we get immediate smiles – it’s a tool that provides premium customer service.”

The Japanese sales staff at Lexus are even trained in proper tea ceremonies. The level of service and hospitality unique to this luxury brands is offered by each and every staff member.
