A spicy holiday twist on a classic

Equipment:

* Shaker
* Strainer
* 150 ml (5 oz) glass
* Ripple Maker

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Chai-infused Whiskey
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice (approx. half a lemon)
  • 20 ml Caramel Syrup
  • 20 ml aquafaba (chickpea brine) (or 1 egg white)

Instructions:

Step 1:

Add all ingredients to shaker.

Step 2:

Dry shake for 20 seconds.

Step 3:

Wet shake for 40 seconds.

Step 4:

Double-strain.

Step 5:

Print your favorite holiday design and garnish with cinnamon cocktail.
