Sober October never looked this good

Sober October is here, and mocktails are leading the charge on modern drink menus. Guests want options that look and feel just as exciting as cocktails, and bartenders are responding with creative, complex zero-proof serves that deliver both flavor and experience.

The Blue Cucumber Mocktail, created by mixologist Bob Peters, is the perfect addition to your menu. It’s crisp, colorful, and crafted for the spotlight. With help from the Ripples Foamer, every drink is as good for social media as it is for sales.

“I love this new foaming agent by Ripples. With just 3 drops you get a beautiful head of silky foam without any undesirable smell. The cost saving benefits are astonishing.”
Bob Peters

The Blue Cucumber Mocktail tastes as refreshing as it looks. The muddled cucumber gives it a clean, garden-fresh flavor, while blueberry thyme syrup adds a bright mix of fruit and herbs that fits perfectly with today’s flavor-forward trends. Fresh lemon juice keeps it balanced, and the Ripples Foamer brings a soft, silky texture that ties everything together. It lands right where today’s guests want to be: light, modern, and experience-driven.

Ingredients
  • Muddled cucumber
  • 1.5 oz blueberry thyme syrup
  • 0.75 oz fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 drops Ripples Foamer
Steps
  1. Muddle cucumber in the bottom of your shaker
  2. Combine all ingredients in shaker
  3. Dry shake, then wet shake
  4. Double strain into a coupe glass. Fill to the brim
  5. Top with your favorite Ripples print

Mocktails like this prove that spirit-free drinks can still capture attention, drive sales, and create moments worth sharing. Adding perfect foam with Ripples Foamer and a gorgeous seasonal print your mocktail menu will stay fresh and keep your guests coming back for more.
