Recipe: Sunny Limoncello Cocktail

Rebecca ConnorsJuly 21, 2026

This Sunny Limoncello cocktail recipe is pure summer in a glass: bright lemon and limoncello shaken cold, finished with a thick foam cap that holds a print through the last sip. It’s light, citrus-flavored, and built for long evenings outside, rooftop pours, garden parties, or a poolside menu that needs a signature drink guests remember.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz lemon gin
  • 1.5 oz limoncello
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3-4 drops Ripple Foamer
  • 1 cup ice
  • Lemon peel (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Build the cocktail

Add the lemon gin, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.

    Step 2: Add the Foamer

Add 3-4 drops of Ripple Foamer directly to the shaker.

    Step 3: Shake

Shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels ice cold and the foamer has fully integrated. This builds the stable foam layer that holds the print.

    Step 4. Strain and garnish

Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

    Step 5. Print and Serve

On the smooth foam surface, print your desired design using the Ripple Maker, and serve immediately. Encourage guests to share it before they sip.

This is a drink built for the season: light enough for a hot afternoon, sharp enough to feel special at golden hour. The foam turns it into a canvas, whether it’s a sun icon, an event logo, or a summer message, and that print is what gets it on a guest’s story before the glass is empty.

The Lesson Many Food & Beverage Businesses Learn Too Late

Food and beverage businesses are usually managed through things that can be measured: costs, staffing, inventory, speed of service, menu performance, waste, reviews, and repeat visits. All of that matters. A business cannot survive without strong operations. But customers do not experience a business through its spreadsheet. They remember how the place made them feel.
