Recipe: Spooktakular Pumpkin Spice Latte

Glow-in-the-dark pumpkin latte

A variation on the classic with all plant-based colors and flavors

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 oz frothed whole milk

Instructions:

Step 1: Brew a shot of espresso

Step 2: Heat pumpkin puree, water and spices on the stove. Mix well and heat through

Step 3: Add pumpkin spice infusion to the espresso

Step 4: Add maple syrup, stir to combine

Step 5: Froth milk using a frother or another preferred method

Step 6: Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and pumpkin spice mixture, fill to the brim of your mug.

Step 7: Place mug on Ripple Maker tray and print jack-o-lantern design

Step 8: Shine a black light on your drink for full effect when serving coffee
