This Spiced Chai Martini recipe brings fall into a glass: warm chai spice and vanilla shaken cold, finished with a thick foam cap that holds a print through the last sip. It’s rich, spiced, and built for cooler evenings, cocktail hour, holiday menus, or any bar that wants a signature drink guests remember.
Ingredients
- 45 ml vodka
- 30 ml strong chai concentrate
- 20 ml coffee liqueur
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 15-20 ml milk or oat milk
- 3-4 drops Ripple Foamer
- Ice
The chai concentrate:
– 1 chai tea bag
– 60 ml (2 oz) hot water
– Optional: pinch of cinnamon and cardamom
Instructions:
Steep the chai tea bag in hot water for 5-7 minutes, then cool completely.
Step 2: Build the cocktail
Add vodka, chai concentrate, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and milk to a shaker filled with ice.
Step 3: Add the Foamer
Add 3-4 drops of Ripple Foamer directly to the shaker.
Step 4. Shake
Shake hard for about 15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker feels ice cold and the foamer has fully integrated. This builds the stable foam layer that holds the print.
Step 5. Strain
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Step 5. Print and Serve
On the smooth foam surface, print your desired design using the Ripple Maker, and serve immediately. Encourage guests to share it before they sip.
This is a drink built for the season: light enough for a hot afternoon, sharp enough to feel special at golden hour. The foam turns it into a canvas, whether it’s a sun icon, an event logo, or a summer message, and that print is what gets it on a guest’s story before the glass is empty.
