This delicious cocktail is summer in a glass, with perfectly balanced rum, mango sorbet and Passoa – Our favorite Passion fruit liqueur.

This cocktail was developed especially for the Ripple Maker by our friend Or Asulin, for a welcome reception for President Biden in Israel in July 2022. The Ripples Creative Studio created custom multi-toned designs for the event.

Ingredients:
  • 5o ml rum
  • 20 ml passoa
  • 30 ml mango sorbet
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 20 ml aquafaba

Instructions:

Step 1:

Add all ingredients to shaker

Step 1:

Add all ingredients to shaker

Step 2:

Dry shake for 30 seconds

Step 3:

Add ice, and wet shake for 30 seconds

Step 4:

Double-strain into coupe glass, fill to the brim

Step 5:

Top with your favorite Ripples print

Be sure to shake twice and strain slowly to create perfect foam on top.
