Recipe: Full Bloom Gin Sour – The Perfect Spring Cocktail

Ingredients

    • 1 Oz. Gin (45 ml)
    • 4 tsp Cherry liqueur (20ml)
    • 4 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (20 ml)
    • 1 tsp sugar syrup
    • 6 drops secret syrup (Lemon zest, vanilla bean, pink pepper, rose essence)
    • 3-4 drops of Ripples Foamer
    • Ice

Instructions:

Step 1: Build the Base

Add the gin, cherry liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, and secret syrup into a shaker.

Step 2: Add the Foamer

Add 3-4 drops of vegan Ripples foamer to the shaker.

Step 3. Dry Shake

Add ice and shake again for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

Step 4. Shake with Ice

Froth the milk together with one tbsp of the cooled cherry mixture until thick and stable. Gently layer the foam over your drink.

Step 5. Strain & Serve

Strain into a glass to achieve a silky texture and clean finish.

Step 6. Print and Serve
