Recipe: Fire of a Champion Cocktail

Pairing grenadine with yellow pineapple juice, this spirited foam-topped twist on a vodka sunrise is the perfect way to celebrate this iconic symbol of Olympics past and present.

Add sports icons or flame-design using our cocktail foam machine and create cocktail foam art as a perfect finishing touch to your drink in honor of the big kickoff for this quadrennial event.


A foam-topped twist on a pineapple sunrise

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1 oz aquafaba
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • ice

Instructions:

Step 1:

Add vodka, orange juice, grenadine, aquafaba, and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker without ice.

Step 2:

Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to incorporate the aquafaba and create a frothy texture.

Step 3:

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously again for another 30-45 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.

Step 4:

Double-strain into your favorite glass. Fill to the brim and allow the foam to rise to the top.

Step 5:

Top with your favorite Ripples print.
