Pumpkin Pie Martini with Rich’s Soft Whip Cold Foam

This pumpkin pie martini combines real pumpkin puree, aged rum, and maple syrup for a cocktail that tastes like dessert in a glass. It’s finished with a layer of cold foam using Rich’s On Top Soft Whip Topping, which creates a smooth base for printing a custom fall design or message with the Ripple Maker.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1.5 oz aged rum
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup half-and-half
  • 0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

Step 1:

In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, aged rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half-and-half, pumpkin pie spice, and a handful of ice cubes.

Step 2:

Strain the mixture into two martini glasses, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

Step 3:

Gently pour Rich’s On Top Soft Whip Topping over each martini, creating a smooth, velvety layer on top. Fill glass to the brim.

Step 4:
