Recipe: Maple Cinnamon Latte

Maple Cinnamon Latte

The leaves are starting to change and the air is getting crisp (at least for me, your friendly neighborhood blog editor living in the Northeast United States), and I’m looking for the perfect new spiced latte to curl up with this autumn.

My choice? A maple cinnamon latte. Cinnamon gives the impression of sweetness without any actual calories, so just a touch of syrup is enough to make this a decadent-tasting but healthy-ish fall treat, and the warming spice is cozy way to welcome in the new season.

Of course, no matter the recipe, any drink you find here will have perfect foam that’s the ideas canvas for a Ripple print. Our designers have been hard at work with squirrels, leaf-motifs, and adorable illustrations I’ve completely “Fall”en in love with.

Ingredients:

  • Whole Milk
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Espresso
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Infusion

Pre-mix a cinnamon infusion by adding ground cinnamon to your milk in a large container. For every liter of milk, stir in 5 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. Store this in the refrigerator and shake well before use.

Step 2: Brew Espresso

Incorporate 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (adjust for taste) directly into the hot espresso

Step 3: Steam the Milk

Use the espresso machine’s steamer to heat the cinnamon-infused milk to between 150°F and 155°F (65°C-68°C), ensuring it’s hot but not scalded, with a velvety foam.

Step 4: Assemble the Latte

Pour the steamed cinnamon milk into the espresso. Adjust your pour to create a creamy white top. Fill mug to the brim.

Step 5: Garnish with your Ripple Maker Drink Printer

Choose your favorite seasonal design to print on top of your latte to give your drink the perfect finishing touch. We recommend using a Coffee Ripple Pod (plant-based extract used to create the print) to give your drink a classic and organic drink.

The Ripple Maker is a state-of-the-art drink printer that transforms ordinary beverages into engaging experiences. By topping the traditional maple cinnamon latte with customizable printed coffee designs — from autumn leaves to personalized messages or even selfies — cafes can offer a way to connect with their customers. This delightful customization makes each drink not just a treat but an Instagram-worthy moment, perfect for sharing.

How Cafés Can Profit From the Home-Espresso Boom

More customers can now make a good espresso without leaving home. That sounds like a challenge for cafés, and for routine coffee purchases, it can be. A customer with an espresso machine, grinder, and favorite beans may no longer need to stop at a café every morning just to get a cappuccino. But home espresso

Why Many Cafés Don’t Make It Past the First Five Years & How to Avoid It

Opening a café is exciting. Keeping one open is much harder. U.S. business survival data shows that only around 59% of accommodation and food-service businesses are still operating after five years. In other words, roughly 4 in 10 close within their first five years. And the problem is not necessarily bad coffee. A café can
