Introducing Ripples New ‘Personalized Greetings’ Channel!

Rebecca ConnorsMay 4, 2026

At Ripples, we help you turn everyday service into personalized moments that keep customers returning. Customers love seeing their names on their drinks, especially when paired with a friendly greeting, which encourages them to share their experience on social media.

So, we’ve selected the top 50 most popular male and female names, paired them with friendly greetings, and created the “Personalized Greetings” channel on your Ripple Maker printer.

Now, you can easily create more personal connections that drive repeat visits, stronger engagement, and increased social media exposure.

How it works:

  1. Select a design from the “Personalized” Greetings channel with your customer’s name.
The names are listed alphabetically, or you can find a name using the search screen.
  2. Print the design on a foamy drink using the Ripple Maker, and serve it to your customer.
  3. Encourage your customers to share their drinks on social media to promote your business.

*If your customer’s name isn’t there, add it manually using the Ripples Web-App.

It’s a small touch that makes a big difference: customers feel recognized, experiences become more memorable, and that personal connection is what brings them back.

Use the “Personalized Greetings” channel today and turn simple orders into memorable experiences your customers will want to share and come back for.
