Introducing Ripples Foamer

cocktail foam for printers

Cocktail foam, finally figured out.

We created Ripples Foamer because we (and our customers) needed it.

For Ripples prints to look their best, drinks need a smooth, stable foam. And when we take the Ripple Maker on the road, creating that foam can be a challenge. At one trade show, our bartender had to open and strain dozens of industrial-sized cans of chickpeas in a half-built booth in the middle of a warehouse with no sink, no power, and no better options. All just to get enough aquafaba for four days of demos.

Getting perfect drink foam shouldn’t require a prep kitchen, a science degree, or a case of chickpeas.

We knew there had to be an easier way. So we decided to fix it.

Luckily, we have some brilliant food scientists on our team, and in just a few short months they provided us with a solution that has completely revolutionized how we manage our own demos and activations.

Introducing Ripples Foamer –

This shelf-stable, all-natural vegan cocktail foamer is especially made for bars, events, and high-volume service. It’s a simple solution that requires zero prep or cleanup time. Just smooth, consistent foam that won’t change the taste of your drink.

Whether you’re creating photo-ready drinks printed with your Ripple Maker or you just want reliable foam without having to separate eggs, Ripples Foamer is the answer.

What is Ripples Foamer?

Ripples Foamer is a clean-label, plant-based cocktail foaming agent made from quillaja bark. It’s designed to create stable, long-lasting foam that’s neutral in flavor, fast to use, and completely shelf-stable with no refrigeration, no mixing, and no prep.

With just 3 drops, bartenders can achieve a consistent, silky foam that’s perfect for cocktails, mocktails, or anything topped with a Ripple Maker drink print. It’s vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher, and contains no artificial preservatives.

The result – Foam that works the way you need it to, without changing the smell, color, or balance of your drinks.

Why not just use an existing ‘solution’?

Some customers avoid eggs entirely. Others just feel weird drinking them raw. And aquafaba (chickpea water) isn’t exactly a clean or easy alternative. It’s messy to make, wasteful to source, and it can leave drinks an off-white color that could interfere with the look of the finished drink print, or even worse leaves the drink with a lingering musty smell (or a wet dog smell, as one of our mixologist consultants likes to describe it).

Some other cocktail drop foamers on the market require more than double the advertised amount of product to create any foam at all, and even then it’s weak and disappears fast (except for that chemical aftertaste that lasts till the very last drop of your drink).
And who wants to drink “polyethoxylated sorbitan derivatives” anyway?

Why Ripples Foamer works better

Ripples Foamer was built for real bars. It creates thick, stable foam with just 3 drops per drink, giving you a clean, professional canvas for Ripple Maker prints or creative drink presentation. It gives you consistent, long-lasting drink foam that will hold up in service and keep your drinks looking sharp.

Made in a globally certified food factory, Ripples Foamer is a trusted solution designed to help you serve drinks that make a lasting impression, with zero compromise behind the bar.

We’re not just the inventors, we’re also our own best customer. Ripples Foamer is our solution for every meeting, every tradeshow, and every video shoot where we need to demo the Ripple Maker drink printer and rely on a perfect drink “canvas” to show off our prints to its best effect.

We really made this for ourselves, but we’re so happy to share.

How Cafés Can Profit From the Home-Espresso Boom

More customers can now make a good espresso without leaving home. That sounds like a challenge for cafés, and for routine coffee purchases, it can be. A customer with an espresso machine, grinder, and favorite beans may no longer need to stop at a café every morning just to get a cappuccino. But home espresso

Why Many Cafés Don’t Make It Past the First Five Years & How to Avoid It

Opening a café is exciting. Keeping one open is much harder. U.S. business survival data shows that only around 59% of accommodation and food-service businesses are still operating after five years. In other words, roughly 4 in 10 close within their first five years. And the problem is not necessarily bad coffee. A café can
