We had so much fun with celebrity mixologist Bob Peters at the Night Club & Bar Show in Las Vegas last month, that we’ve decided to host him again at our next big event – the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, May 18-21!

If you’re not familiar with Bob, check out his Instagram page for amazing pictures from a true master at the craft of cocktail making.

Bob had this to say of the Vegas show:

Night Club & Bar Show

“One of the biggest highlights  was the 7 hour line that formed as soon as we opened up the Live Demo Bar.  Everyone wanted to see the machine that was printing images on cocktails. It was a huge hit. You could tell when owners of bars and nightclubs were watching images printing out on the Ripple Maker because they got quiet.  They were all imagining it happening in their own place and all the possibilities.”

Why Many Cafés Don’t Make It Past the First Five Years & How to Avoid It

Opening a café is exciting. Keeping one open is much harder. U.S. business survival data shows that only around 59% of accommodation and food-service businesses are still operating after five years.
