How long does it take to set up the Ripple Maker?

About 15 minutes. Place the Ripple Maker in an optimal counter-height location near the bar, connect power and internet, insert the Ripples Pod(s), and print a test design. On-screen prompts guide you through setup, and you can schedule an onboarding call if you want extra help.

Any beverage with a stable foam layer: lattes (hot or cold), cappuccinos, milkshakes, beer, cocktails, chai or matcha. Fill the glass to the brim for best results. You can also print on food—macarons are especially recommended.

Does the Ripple Maker make drinks?

No. It functions like a printer that adds designs to flat, foamy or creamy surfaces on drinks and desserts.

Will my team need special training to operate the Ripple Maker?

Operation is simple and intuitive. A short instruction manual and how-to videos are available. Place the prepared drink or dessert on the tray and select a design on the touchscreen.

Does the Ripple Maker come with a warranty?

Yes. The Ripple Maker includes a one-year warranty.

How many prints can a single pod produce?

Approximately 1,200–1,600 prints per pod, depending on pod type, design opacity and size, and storage conditions (temperature and humidity).

What is the shelf life for a Ripples Pod?

Each pod ships with at least 90 days until expiration. For best results, use within 30 days of opening and store in a cool, dry place.

Do Ripples food safety certifications comply with industry regulations?

Yes. Ripples Pods are tested, regulated, and certified according to rigorous global food safety standards.

Will adding Ripples affect how my drink tastes?

No. The plant-based ingredients do not affect taste. The coffee-based extract has a subtle coffee aroma; other extracts are odorless.

What are the benefits of getting an Advanced Design Plan?

It unlocks all features, including the Ripples Design Library, access to exclusive content designs, and the Ripples WebApp tools—helping you get the most out of your machine.

How do I get designs on my Ripple Maker?

Three ways: (1) With a design package, access thousands of royalty-free designs in the Ripples Library. (2) Upload any image you like. (3) Let customers send selfies, messages, or images from their phones via the Ripples WebApp.

Can I use different types of pods with the same device? Are Ripples pods interchangeable?

Yes. Except for Ocean Blend and Jungle Blend (which are for Ripple Maker II Pro only), any pod can be used. Pods include a protective clip so you can swap and re-use as needed. Ripple Maker holds 1 pod at a time; Ripple Maker II Pro holds 2, enabling multi-color and two-color prints or different colors for different drinks.

Is the Ripple Maker compatible with multiple languages? What about support?

Yes. The interface supports multiple languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Portuguese. Customer support is available in English, German, French, and Japanese.

How does smartphone printing work? How do people send selfies?

Customers scan a dedicated QR code to open the Ripples WebApp (custom branding is available with a Design Package). They can upload a photo, take a selfie, choose a design, or write a message, then tap “Let’s Print.” The design is sent to your Ripple Maker’s mobile queue and self-deletes after ~30 minutes. Customers receive a number to match their design with the drink.

What is included in the Ripples Pods Discovery Kit?

A curated set to explore colorful pod capabilities—typically Coffee, Malt, Carrot, and Chameleon pods. When purchasing a Ripple Maker, the Discovery Kit is available at a special one-time discount.

* Prior to your Ripple Maker delivery: You can cancel the order at any time and get a full refund
* You can return your Ripple Maker in the original box and get a refund within 30 days after the arrival.
* Please make sure that your machine is in its original condition and packaging, and include all relevant invoices in your return
* The refund will be done only if the Ripple Maker is not physically damaged
* You need to cover the cost of the Ripple Maker return shipment to the Ripples regional warehouse
* The refund will be processed only after the equipment has been returned to Ripples warehouse; it is highly recommended to ship with a tracking number for monitoring purposes
* The refund includes the cost for the returned equipment (including the shipment cost of this equipment to you)
* The refund includes only unopened Pods in their original boxes; used Pods will not be refunded
* To start a return and refund process – please contact: [email protected]

* Ripples warrants only that the Ripple Maker will be free from material defects and perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation for a period of twelve (12) months.
* The entire liability of Ripples and your exclusive remedy under this standard warranty shall be, at Ripples’ option, repair or replacement of the Ripple Maker with a new or refurbished Ripple Maker , promptly after a warranty problem is identified and within the Warranty Period, and that Ripples approves the RMA. You shall bear the shipping costs to Ripples’ premises and/or other address designated by Ripples and Ripples shall bear the return shipping costs to your address.
* The entire liability of Ripples and your exclusive remedy under this standard warranty shall be, at Ripples’ option, repair or replacement of the Ripple Maker with a new or refurbished Ripple Maker , promptly after a warranty problem is identified and within the Warranty Period, and that Ripples approves the RMA.
