Ingredients
- 1/2 apple, coarsely chopped plus slices for garnish
- 60 ml bourbon
- 40 ml cinnamon whiskey
- 40 ml Monin Caramel
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml aquafaba chickpea brine, a vegan egg white substitute
Instructions
- Muddle the apple with the whiskey
- Add all other ingredients to you glass
- Dry shake for 20 seconds, then wet shake for up to a minute
- Double-strain into your cocktail glass
- Print and serve
