Common Questions Before Ordering
15 minutes, from unboxing to first print. Choose an optimal location to position your Ripple Maker (counter-height, near the bar), connect to the electricity & internet, install the Ripples Pods and print a test design. Onscreen prompts will walk you through the entire process - no technical expertise needed.

Any drink with a stable foam or creamy top layer. Lattes (hot and cold), cappuccinos, milkshakes, beer, cocktails, and chai or matcha teas. For best results, fill your glass to the brim. You can also print on food, we especially recommend macarons.

Yes- pods are interchangeable and come with a protective clip so you can swap mid-service. The Ripple Maker II holds one pod at a time. The Ripple Maker II Pro holds two simultaneously, letting you switch colours without swapping hardware. Note: Ocean Blend and Jungle Blend pods are Pro-only.
They scan a QR code - no app download needed. The Ripples WebApp opens in any mobile browser. Customers upload a photo, choose a frame or filter, and tap "Let's Print." The design appears in your machine's queue, paired with a number so the barista can match it to the right drink. Designs auto-delete after ~30 minutes.
