Go to “My Account”, click “My Orders ” tab – here you can see all the orders you’ve made with Ripples (from Store or from Sales rep) with their status

What kind of Payment options do you accept?

Can I get a Refund if I cancel my order?
商品発送前：
注文のキャンセルが可能です。全額返金いたします。
商品発送後：
外装、商品（全ての付属品を含む）、その他の同梱物を商品到着時の状態で、商品到着後30日以内にご返送ください。商品に破損や傷等がないと判断された場合に限り返品を受け付けます。インクポッドは未開封の場合に限り、返品可能です。 返品商品が弊社指定住所に到着し、また返品条件を満たしていることが確認された場合のみ、到着後30日以内に返金いたします。 返品時の送料はお客様負担となります。
