- 1.5 oz Your favorite gin
- .5 oz Calvados
- .5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Egg White can substitute with 1.5 oz aquafaba
- 1 dash Grenadine to taste
Combine the gin, calvados, lemon juice, egg white, and grenadine in your cocktail shaker
dry shake for twenty seconds
Add ice, and shake vigorously for 40 seconds
Double-strain the mixture into your cocktail glass. Fill to the brim.
