The Pink Lady
A glamourous gin and grenadine cocktail made famous in the 1930s
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Jigger
- Fine Mesh Sieve to double-strain your drink for velvety smooth foam
- Bar Spoon
- Ripple Maker II
- Coupe or Martini glass
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Your favorite gin
- .5 oz Calvados
- .5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Egg White can substitute with 1.5 oz aquafaba
- 1 dash Grenadine to taste
Instructions
- Combine the gin, calvados, lemon juice, egg white, and grenadine in your cocktail shaker
- dry shake for twenty seconds
- Add ice, and shake vigorously for 40 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into your cocktail glass. Fill to the brim.
