Sweet Sakura Latte

Sweet sake and cherry blossom powder create this amazing vegan, alcoholic Japanese latte

Ingredients

  • 3 g Sakura Powder
  • 100 g Amazake
  • 100 g Unsweetened Soy Milk

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the soy milk over medium heat until it begins to steam
  • Add the Sakura powder and whisk until full dissolved
  • Add amazake, whisk until smooth and fully heated
  • Froth extra soy milk in your frother
  • Pour sakura mixture into your cup, then add foam on top and fill to the brim
  • Top with your favorite Ripples cherry blossom print
