Sweet Sakura Latte
Sweet sake and cherry blossom powder create this amazing vegan, alcoholic Japanese latte
- 3 g Sakura Powder
- 100 g Amazake
- 100 g Unsweetened Soy Milk
In a small saucepan, heat the soy milk over medium heat until it begins to steam
Add the Sakura powder and whisk until full dissolved
Add amazake, whisk until smooth and fully heated
Froth extra soy milk in your frother
Pour sakura mixture into your cup, then add foam on top and fill to the brim
