Responsibility and Impact:

Install base management @ CRM system - customer, contracts & machine registration; keep data integrity
Customers' machine management @ Operation system - registration, configuration, changes upon request
Manage escalation from the field regarding the customers' details
Work closely with the Customer Success, Sales-Operations & Logistics team
Task-oriented position based on additional projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working Monday-Friday - high advantage
  • Team player, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Working with Excel/Google Sheet - must
  • Knowledge in NetSuite, BI - high advantage
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting
  • English is a must, other languages advantage
