Responsibility and Impact:

We are looking to fill the role of Sales Associate in our Rhode Island office. If you are a motivated individual that is a self-starter, intrigued with the Ripple Maker device and understand its engagement opportunity, we want you. Our system creates smiles, fun, and customer engagement. We want this person to emulate what our Ripple Maker creates. As a major responsibility, this person will develop sales opportunities by identifying various use cases, building the value proposition and closing business. As a secondary responsibility, this person will need to engage new business opportunities, with 1 to 5 location establishments, to develop a group wide usage strategy. We are looking for people that can work with customers to create the value proposition for the Ripple Maker in their operations from need identification to closing.
This position is a sales position with the goal to grow our customer base. It will be supported by Sales Development Representatives, your team, and customer service personnel for both pre-sale support and post-sale follow up. The brand new office is located in North Kingstown, RI, near the “T”, and we are excited to meet you.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in solution or hospitality selling, preferably marketing related.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Great communication skills both written and spoken
  • Desire to ‘win the sale'
  • Light local travel (car or train)
  • Work with goals to achieve and have the burning desire to beat those goals
  • Experience with creating new business opportunities
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Jump into existing opportunities with passion
  • Analyze deal potential, track sales and status reports (Utilize our CRM – Salesforce daily)
  • College Degree or Above

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in selling a new concept or developing new market
  • Familiar with Hospitality or F&B market
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and can handle autonomy
