Responsibility and Impact:

• You will be responsible for assisting in the development of new recipes and maintaining the quality of the existing product line.
• You will support documentation for nutritional labeling, ingredient labeling, regulatory and claim substantiation. Ensure food packaging compiled as legal requirements through nutritional compliance, and necessary documentation maintained.
• You will ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all production processes and materials.
• Facilitate pilot, scale up and production trial devices and approving on production trial protocols.
• Displays excellent project management skills by tracking and organizing all documentation and communication relevant to active projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.Sc in food engineer/ food technology - Must
  • 2-3 experience in food production facilities- Must
  • Experience in Product Innovation or Quality Control
  • Passion, creativity, and desire to deliver the next line of great Ripples pods
  • Problem-solving skills and collaborative thinking

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food regulations and food safety expected (ex. Labeling, Regulatory and Legal Substantiation experience) a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Product Innovation or Quality Control
