A fresh take on spring cocktails, the Sakura Martini pairs floral cherry blossom notes with smooth sake and gin for an elegant, eye-catching serve.

Ingredients

    • 2.5 oz ginjo sake
    • 1 oz gin
    • 1/4 tsp maraschino liqueur
    • 3-4 drops of Ripples Foamer
    • Cherry blossom ice cube

Instructions:

Step 1: Build the Base

Add 2 shakes of Ripples Foamer (about 3-4 drops) to the shaker

Step 2: Add the Foamer

Add 3-4 drops of vegan Ripples foamer to the shaker.

Step 3. Dry Shake

Shake well until fully combined.

Step 4. Prepare the Glass

Place a cherry blossom ice cube into your serving glass.

Step 5. Pour & Serve

Pour the cocktail over the ice cube, covering it completely.

Step 6. Print and Serve
