Recipe: Million Dollar Cocktail

Smooth and silky, this beautiful coral-colored cocktail was made famous in Japan more than a century ago and has started to make its way West. One of our favorite mixologists, bar consultant Bob Peters, introduced us to this delightful new-to-us classic.

A sweet, delicate cocktail that tastes like a million bucks

Equipment:

* Shaker
* Strainer
* Ripple Maker II Pro

Ingredients:
  • 60 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 20 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 20 ml Aquafaba
  • 10 ml Grenadine

Instructions:

Step 1:

Add all ingredients to your shaker, without ice

Step 2:

Dry shake for 30 seconds

Step 3:

Add ice, wet shake for 30 seconds

Step 4:

Double-strain into your glass, fill to the brim

Step 5:

Place glass on Ripple Maker tray, select and print your favorite design
