This delicious cocktail is summer in a glass, with perfectly balanced rum, mango sorbet and Passoa – our favorite Passion fruit liqueur.
This cocktail was developed especially for the Ripple Maker by our friend Or Asulin, for a welcome reception for President Biden in Israel in July 2022. The Ripples Creative Studio created custom multi-toned designs for the event.
- 5o ml rum
- 20 ml passoa
- 30 ml mango sorbet
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 20 ml aquafaba
Add all ingredients to shaker
Add all ingredients to shaker
Dry shake for 30 seconds
Add ice, and wet shake for 30 seconds
Double-strain into coupe glass, fill to the brim

Be sure to shake twice and strain slowly to create perfect foam on top.
