Recipe: Hard Dirty Irish Soda – The Perfect Saint Patrick’s Day Cocktail

The Hard Dirty Irish Soda is a creamy, refreshing drink that turns heads and photographs beautifully when topped with a printed design. With simple ingredients and a playful Irish twist, it’s the perfect way to create a memorable holiday drink your guests will want to share.

How to Make It:

Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp heavy cream
    • 2 tbsp whole milk
    • 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
    • 1.5 oz Jameson
    • 1 oz Vodka
    • Splash of Sprite
    • 3 Scoops of mint sherbet

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine ingerdients

Combine the whole milk, heavy cream, 0.5 Jameson, and the vanilla syrup, and whip until fluffy.

Step 2. Scoop mint sherbet and fill with Sprite.

In a cup, scoop the mint sherbet to 3/4 below the top (we did 3 scoops).
Later, fill with Sprite, leaving 1 inch from the top.

Step 3. Add the Jameson and Vodka

Add 1 oz Jameson, 1 oz vodka

Step 4. Top with the Irish cold foam

Add the Irish cold foam to the top

Step 5. Print and Serve

Top with your favorite Ripples print and enjoy. Don’t forget to share with your friends!
